2013年黃色小鴨在高雄展覽後，席捲觀光人潮，三星鄉公所以童話為發想，廣邀民眾命名推出「搖搖洛克馬」，還曾受邀到基隆市海洋廣場拚觀光，不過重新打造的洛克馬，為防颱耐震採預埋螺栓固定底座，讓洛克馬出城記成絕響。

2014年推出的搖搖洛克馬，重量是4.5公噸，一身嫩黃色彩，造型、外觀相當療癒，深受大小朋友的喜愛，當年1月鄉公所為迎接馬年，讓洛克馬亮相遊街入花田，花海加上洛克馬，成為來到宜蘭觀光必到的景點。

打響名號後，洛克馬成為觀光親善大使，受邀到基隆市海洋廣場，經木工師傅拆解後，運出城拚觀光，展出40天獲得不少遊客好評；除了本尊出城外，分身小木馬也到宜蘭縣政府觀光大廳、台北市希望廣場為農產品站台。

鄉公所趁勢推出小木馬、人字拖、紙膠帶等洛克馬文創產品。但不敵杜鵑颱風，洛克馬被吹壞，為了防颱耐震，採用防鏽鋼骨結構，預埋螺栓固定底座，周邊還設有4個混凝土固定架，可在颱風前以鋼索綁定加固，但洛克馬無法再出城，只能坐落在公園中。
